GS Caltex has maintained the No. 1 spot in customer satisfaction (the gas station category in the National
Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)) for 15 consecutive years, from 2009 to 2023. The key to its success, having
long been beloved by the public, and its transformation into a global company beyond the Korean market, lies

With oil refineries (daily capacity of 800,000 barrels) and Korea’s largest refinery upgrading facilities
and by successfully operating Mixed Feed Cracker (MFC) and High-Density Poly-Ethylene (HDPE) systems,
GS Caltex produces competitive products with good technology, such as high-quality petroleum products,
aromatics, lubricants, olefins, and polyethylene.

Under the situation, GS Caltex exports products to about 50 countries around the world, and the achievement
is made possible due to the Yeosu Complex. The amount of crude oil that Yeosu Complex has refined from its
foundation to 2023 is about 10 billion barrels, making it the world’s 4th largest single-site oil refinery.
